Anchored Horizon is founded by a Retired U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer with more than 20 years of honorable service. Throughout her military career and beyond, she witnessed far too many service members, especially Veterans, fall through the cracks.

Serving in the Washington, DC area opened her eyes in a way she couldn’t ignore. She saw homeless Veterans sleeping outside federal buildings. She saw men and women in VA hospitals with no family, no support system, and no one to advocate for them. She saw people who dedicated their lives to serving this country now struggling just to survive.

She has always had a deep compassion for people, especially those who feel forgotten. Anchored Horizon is her way of giving back to the military community that shaped her. It is her way of ensuring that no Veteran, no woman, no survivor, and no hardworking adult feels alone or left behind.

This program is built from her passion, her purpose, and her calling to serve.
